The artist’s recent sculptures are the product of her fascination with color, form and texture. Her newest creations have an aspect of decay, a hybrid between the beautiful and grotesque. Influenced by nature, yet dramatically abstracted, these small sculptures are displayed in minimal vignettes. She hopes that the viewer is intrigued by these completely original objects and will take a moment pondering the inevitable question “what is it?”
